1. How does JobSuite work?

JobSuite is a project management software application that is hosted on the Salesforce platform. The workflow is designed specifically for creative teams, by a Traffic Manager. The platform takes care of the hardware, software, and support allowing you to focus on the job.

2. How easy is JobSuite to use?

Once your creative workflow is implemented in JobSuite, it will become your best friend. JobSuite is intuitive to marketing and creative departments because the workflow is designed by a former traffic manager. Data is organized under tabs that move users through the creative process. You can collaborate on the job details page, so your communication leaves a digital trail with the job. JobSuite's workflow is what makes it so easy to use.

3. How do you customize JobSuite?

JobSuite can be customized in many ways. We will work one-on-one with you to define your workflow and implement it within JobSuite. As we get to know  you and your workflow, we will help you determine what elements you might customize. You can customize fields, labels, notifications, layouts, and output such as such as reports, dashboards, and templates.

Not all creative teams need the same reports and dashboards. Custom reports allow you to create a report with the information you need, and allows you to run it with the click of a button. Our team will work closely with you throughout the entire set-up and implementation process to ensure you get what you need. We also partner with you long term to make sure you receive plenty of support over the long haul. 


4. How much does JobSuite cost?

You will find that JobSuite is surprisingly afforable. The investment varies from customer to customer. License Fees include software, support, and training. We don't nickel and dime you for support. Customizations are estimated at an hourly rate. So your customization investment will vary depending on what you need. Most of  our customers do not customize much. We work to fit JobSuite into your process, not the other way around. 5. How much does the average customer customize?

No two customers are the same. However, the average customer does not customize much. Every once in a while a customer has specific needs that are different than the base creative workflow. JobSuite can be used with a few tweaks as is, or we can go nuts and take care of very specific and unique requests. Regardless of your needs, JobSuite comes out of the box with plenty of features and functionality for your marketing/creative team


6. How long does it take to implement JobSuite?

Implementation time depends on the level of customization needed.  Realistically, it takes a few weeks to do a few demos, get to know your base workflow, and help with set up.  But if you are in a crunch we can deploy your instance in a few hours.  We offer one-on-one support throughout the entire process and will help you implement your workflow.


7. How do you get support?

You will be assigned one account representative from TrackIt to work with throughout the entire process. They will get to know your workflow intimately. You will have a single point of contact (a real, live person) to contact at any time. No submitting a case to a generic help desk here... 


8. Will you do on-site training?

Yes, we will do on-site training and lok forward to on-site visits. All we ask is that you cover travel expenses. We don't change extra for on-site visits.


9. Is my data safe?

Your data is stored on the industry leading Salesforce platform. Salesforce has set the standard for web-based security. Visit to learn more.


10. Do you need to purchase a Salesforce license?

No, the JobSuite license includes the Salesforce license needed to run JobSuite on the platform.


11. How does the free trial work?

After you've seen a free demo of JobSuite and you feel JobSuite might fit your workflow, contact us to set up a free 30-day trial. During the trial period we provide support and training to ensure your trial experience is productive. At the end of the trial, you will know us well, we will have a solid understanding of your workflow, and all costs will be defined.


12. Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

We ask that you sign a 12-month commitment because we invest a lot of time upfront to help you implement JobSuite successfully.
