What’s the customization process like?

Our consultants will work with your team to identify roadblocks and help optimize workflows. We’ll then design solutions and customize our base application to meet your needs.  We can add fields, layouts, notifications, workflow, reports, and dashboards to implement solutions that implement your workflow.

What about user-level customization?

Every JobSuite user has the ability to create custom dashboards, list views, and reports, so that every team member can tailor the larger experience to their own individual preferences.

How much does JobSuite cost?

The investment varies from customer to customer depending on the amount of customization required and the number of users. License fees include software, training, and ongoing support via a dedicated account manager. Do you provide on-site training?

With coronavirus restrictions in place, we are currently providing training remotely, delivered via videoconference with your team. As restrictions are lifted, we look forward to resuming in-person training as an option for those who would like it.

How does JobSuite provide tech support?

You’ll have a dedicated account manager and workflow consultant assigned to your team’s experience from day one of the process. When you pick up the phone to call, that’s who you’ll get.

Why Salesforce? Do I need a Salesforce license?

Salesforce has been named one of Forbes’ most innovative companies year after year. Their platform allows our team and yours to focus on the work at hand, knowing that your data is secure, and that you’ll have a smooth and seamless experience without downtime. Salesforce also provides the fundamental customization capabilities of our JobSuite application.

No separate Salesforce license is required.

Do I need to sign a long-term contract?

With our consultative approach to customizing your JobSuite application experience, there’s a lot of work that happens before your launch date. So we do ask for an initial 12-month commitment as a minimum, with the ability to extend or renew (of course).
